Donating to the Maharishi School Scholarship Fund enables students and their families to reap the benefits of Consciousness-Based Education. In today’s world, it is important to many that their children are given the best opportunities to succeed in life and an education at Maharishi School is exactly that, as it incorporates Transcendental Meditation into the day-to-day life of students.

 
 

Who can benefit?

Students benefit, families benefit and you benefit from knowing that you are assisting a family in need to pursue a Consciousness-Based Education. As an independent school, the education for a child is not fully funded by the government and a scholarship is an investment that lasts a lifetime for a child.

 
 

Through generous donations, Maharishi School has a history of providing students whose families may not necessarily have the means to afford an independent school with the opportunity of attending their ideal school. 

Past recipients include Indigenous students and students from families who have needed financial assistance. Many of these students have become school captains and leaders and innovators in their chosen fields.  Scholarships are awarded under strict eligibility criteria, ensuring those in need benefit the most.

Maharishi School offers the following scholarships:

  • The Reg Blow Scholarship for children of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander identity

  • The Elsie Coates Scholarship for children of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander identity

  • The Frances Clarke Scholarship for children of parents who practise Transcendental Meditation

  • Financial Hardship Bursary for children of parents satisfying the school’s criteria for financial support.
